My specs:
G630 2.8ghz pentium dual core
H61 gigabyte mobo
2gb ram
450watt psu..
I am planning to buy a hd770 graphics card.... Is hd7770 compatible with 450watt psu?

Solution
If the "450W" PSU is actually capable of at least 350W, then yes. If it is a Diablotek, Logisys, Apevia, or similar PSU-shaped object, then no.

Edit: You'll also need a single PCIe power cable. If your current PSU does not have one, it is probably NOT safe to use an adapter.

Sums it up really, it's shocking that companies are allowed to make and sell such fire hazards to people and get away with it. Exhibit A: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/850w-cit-black-edition-850ub-120mm-quiet-fan-atx-v22-psu.

The video card works fine. It is just that the screen tears but it might be specific to the Sapphire one however with the small price difference and the need for a power supply anyways, the HD 7790 / r7 260x is a much better choice.

He might not need a PSU. The HD 7770 is a great card at that price point.

Let's wait for OP to provide us with the actual PSU information. I am probably letting my experiences get the better of me since I bought the Sapphire HD 7770 February of this year since I didn't read up on the cape verde and bonaire thing.
