Hi Mates,
If i made some mistake Quetion pls pardon me as i am a noob in spec of a com.
I currently exploded both my power supply and my 5 years old pc is giving me tons of issues.
I wish to customize a gaming pc at 1k budget.
I have 2 DvD-Writer one from Samsung and the other alibaba brand and a 1 month old Wd black 1t hd 2 2gb DDR3 DIMMs ( So i believe i can stretch a bit more on the processor and graphic card )
was also wondering if i could reuse my I5 3.20 GHz (up to 3.4 GHz turbo) chip/mother board too.
I play lots of FPS games and movies but my current destroyed pc can not really support good graphics.
Please do advice me and where and how i can get a gaming set.

Existing HD - Good
Existing Optical - Good
Existing MEM - only if it is DDR3-1600 which I am assuming it is not. DDR3-1333 would be fine, but you would be better off with newer memory. If you need to purchase memory, skip the SSD in the build below.
CPU + MB - Based on the speed and turbo frequency, going to say that LGA1155 (Sandy Bridge). That can absolutely be reused and still has plenty of performance to offer you. With that said, your budget is enough where you can go new.

Thanks for the quick reply it really helps alot.
But I have an issue as I preferred to get my part locally and get the store to assemble for me.
I Seriouly noob at wiring and mother board etc.
As the shipping cost will be very costly as items are not small in size too.

Is there anyone here in singapore who can intro me a good and reliable pc shop that I can get my parta below 1k and get it assemble there?

Give some room. You don't need a CPU cooler assuming your not a Overclocker. 4GB of RAM is too low for gaming. Stock speeds are good enough for gaming, and I suggest my build; (AMAZON>COM)

processor: i5 4570
case: NZXT Guardian g921rb
psu: corsair cx750
ssd: samsung 840 evo 120gb for OS and games
hdd: WD black 1tb
ram: Kingston HyperX blu 8gb
odd: Asus 24x dvd burner
gpu: Gigabyte r9 270x 4gb gddr5

Subtotal: 913.40USD Amazon.com
You can reuse the motherboard and i5, so that it saves you money. But make sure that the motherboard supports these componments. Research your motherboard making sure it can support RAM, GPU etc.
