I Have Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor 3.0 Ghz
4 GB RAM (I Updated Recently)
1366 x 768 LCD Monitor
Now I am looking to buy ZOTAC GT 640 2GB DDR5 Graphic Card???
Will It Support??
if no then What can I do for making it fit for my PC??? o_O
My MotherBoard is Intel g43/45 Express Chipset

Well this is the northbridge chipset that is on the motherboard and its implemented on many motherboards. Is this a proprietary PC like HP, Dell, etc.?
