Will Antec high current gamer 620W run my gaming Rig?

Yeah, the 620 HCG I believe is actually made by Seasonic. Regardless, it has higher quality components than the CX 600M. It will be more reliable.

As for wattage requirements, this will give you plenty of overhead, however you won't be able to SLI with it. Get a solid 750W or greater for SLI. (If you ever want to SLI, it's obviously not required :))
