Battlefield 4 on ULTRA (custom) stuttering

Gif of stuttering (recorded 1080p w Shadowplay, uploaded to gfycat):

http://gfycat.com/EvilShadowyFruitbat

PC/Monitor Specs:
• Intel i7-2600k Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155
• ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Mobo
• G.SKILL Ripjaws 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
• 2 x EVGA Geforce GTX 760 4GB (SLI)
• QNIX QX2710 27" 1440p (Overclocked to 120hz) 2560x1440
• 750w Corsair PSU
• Windows 7 Pro SP1

Additional notes:

Everything on Ultra and all AA is off
    Graphics Driver = 335.23
    All CPU Cores Unparked
NVidia Inspector used to add bf4.exe to profile (stock profile, no changes by me)
Average 70fps on Ultra (frames do not spike while stuttering occurs)
    Average of 20mbps/5mbps network speed

I'm out of options. I haven't tested outside Battlefield 4 because I currently don't have any other games installed. If it comes to it I can test in another game.

EDIT: Test in Battlefield Bad Company 2 with the same result (not as bad but very noticeable)

Please help!!

Have you tried removing the overclock?

Also if this doesn't work I would disable sli in the Nvidia control panel to see if the card to card communication is the problem.

Lastly have you tried on a different monitor? You might have just burned out your monitor's panel with an overclock like that.

Try installing the 337.50 Beta driver and see how that works.

Overclock removed with same result

Disabling SLI seems to remove the stuttering completely with an obvious drop in frames overall.
- The two cards are identical although bought months apart.. Anyway to see which card is having (if any) communication problems?

I do have a 23" 60hz 1080p monitor laying around I could try with next. I only really noticed it sometime after I got the 2nd card and went to SLI. Any other way to tell if the panel is burnt out? Should I try OC it only to say 90hz?

I have a feeling since removing SLI removed the stutter it has to either be the cards or some type of other tweak for SLI

When I was searching for driver updates I did not have the search beta box checked.

Would a "clean" install of the beta driver be recommended? Remove all NVidia via control panel and then install choosing clean installation?

I would look in the evga GPU managing software to confirm that both cards are running at the same Core clock and memory clock speeds. If they are different that could easily be the cause.

PS: also look at the capping speeds. If if only glitches in heavy things like bf4 i could be that one is just allowed to go slightly faster than the other under heavy load. You can log them out to a .txt file and compare them once the game starts to glitch.
