Motherboard: Asus Z87-PLUS - U$ 170 on Amazon
Graphic Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti - U$140 on amazon
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB - U$145 on amazon
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - u$33 on amazon

What you guys think?
Thanks a lot!

Solution
With editing being a big focus on this build, I would drop the overclocking ability and get the Xeon 1230 V3 for just a few dollars more than the i5, but you'll get a massive boost in editing performance. Then you can drop down to an H97 Pro4 from AsRock for about $90, drop to a Hyper TX3 cooler at about $15, and with that savings you can get an R9 280 which will be a huge step up performance wise.

This way, you'll have much better gaming performance, and better editing performance for the same money.
