need a graphic card

Solution

If your Power Supply can support it, then the cheapest thing that will run most games smoothly on low/medium, will be the 7770/R7 250X.

Here's an example.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R7 250X 1GB Video Card ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $99.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

You also get a free "BRONZE" tier level game from AMD, so that's another bonus.

What ArtificialApple said, and we also need a budget.
A cheap card which can run all games at more than medium and is still smooth, would probably be a GTX 750ti/750.

If you want to downgrade further, I would just probably recommend a 7770/R7 250X.
