I've to hard disk ..can I install two different windows like windows 7 and windows 8 in these two different hard disk individually? if I can how can I do that? Is this necessary to install both windows in order?

Not on separate disks. If they are on two separate HDDs then do them in whatever order, but you will have to go into the BIOS to switch between the two.
