Hi,
This is my first time in the forum. I had a problem with my files and folders of my hdd and here is what happened:
I downloaded poweriso from their website. I wanted to create a usb bootable disk. When I was doing that, I was attaching my flash memory and my external hard drive, and by mistake, I chose to make my external drive as a selected driver. The operation was unsuccessful but all of my data in the external hard drive was damaged and I am not able to access any file or folder.
I am not able to open any file or folder any more. The names also are in garbage letters.the files and folders are like this
