CPU Cooler Mounting on GA-990FXA-UD3

I'm going to purchase the GA-990FXA-UD3 Gigabyte motherboard and I noticed in the video description the MOTHERBOARD has a universal after-market CPU cooler mounting system. I don't understand how it would mount with the Hyper 212 Plus. Do you unscrew those screws and slap on the heat-sink with the adjustable retainer thing? How would one go about doing this?

The Hyper 212 Plus comes with mount for AMD boards, to install it you have to unscrew the two plastic mounts that are already on the GA-990FXA-UD3 and attach the mount that comes with the cooler.
