I'm making a tank that holds the water and the tank is in a custom built freezer unit set to 3C then is pumped back in to the pipe conected to the rest of the system.

Hi there, I don't believe it is SAFE, depending exactly on your setup.

What type of tubing are you using in the Case / water blocks?

The biggest issue is when the COLD / Chilled water at 3C its going to cause condensation on the pipes which will be the main problem.

Do not do this. Low temperature water will cause condensation. What this means is the pipes and area under and around the GPU/CPU will get wet causing water to shortcircuit that area or drip on other components.

Exactly right emdea22.

I have seen some examples of where this has been done, but the entire tubing / waterblocks are all insulated so no condensation leaks... more of a pain in the ass than anything I think.

Yes it can be done but this isn't a walk in the park. Special insulating substances must also be used on the motherboard especially on the area around the cpu block. That said i wouldn't bother, its complicated and very risky.

@Counteragent77 I've only seen one guy do it and that build was a low-end one so he wouldn't damage an expensive rig.
