The motherboard you have selected is 1150 compatible and the cpu you have selected is an 1155 socket, so they wont work together. Everything else is fine, but you might want to ask someone who owns the case whether or not the 770 will fit nicely.

Firstly, are you just gaming? If you are, get an i5 instead.

Next: That motherboard doesnt support that CPU, if you decide on an i5, get the i5 4670k, or the i7 4770k.

No. The CPU must be compatible with the motherboard socket. You have a socket 1150 motherboard with a socket 1155 processor. You need to change the processor to a newer Haswell Intel processor like the Intel Core I5-4670 or Core I7-4770.

All else is good to go.
