I recently got a new graphics card and now my cpu fan is spnning fast and making a loud noise when playing games only. This has never happened to me befor with my old gfx. I dont know if this is good or bad i was just wondering since this has never happend before.

The simple solution is to open the case. The new GPU gives off more heat than the previous one, this causes the ambient temperature in the case to rise thus heating up the cpu that in turn has to rise the fan to keep the temperature low.

Hello... for a simple test, remove a cover/side of your computer... Does the problem stop or better?

Yes it is. You need to improve the airflow in your case. Can you add more fans? Normally you want intake fans in the front and/or bottom and/or side. You want exhaust fans on the top and/or back. You also want more/larger fans for intake than exhaust for you want positive air pressure in your case for denser air that will cool better and be less prone to collecting dust.
