I have Windows 7 64bit loaded on the Lenovo T440s. Windows randomly freezes, there are no apparent logs identifying windows, application or drivers cause the freeze. When the computer freezes, I would have to hold the power button down for 5 seconds to power down the machine and turn it back on.
Things I have tried:
1) Fingerprint drivers update 8.01.11
2) Dock firmware update 2.17
3) Video drivers 10.18.10.3412
4) Bios version: 2.25
5) Update Samsung SSD FW to fix 2100 No HDD detected error
I still had issues after these updates, does anyone else seen or having these issues?
