Lot's of information. Please don't read unless willing to help!

I first got the blue screen a year ago but it never happened again and my computer seemed fine.

Today however I got another BSoD.
I have recently suffered many problems with my laptop.

1. A browser hijacking by Utorrent. Malwarebytes easily fixed this problem but afterwards I got errors on startup. (Possibly messed with my registry)

2. My other anti-virus (zonealarm) started detecting steam.exe as a trojan and prevented me from accessing any of my files or programs. I fixed this aswell by uninstalling Zonealarm.

3. My GPU runs at very high temps and I have no way to fix this. Cleaning it and thermal paste does not work. It runs 88C under a small load. YIKES!

4. On startup I got 3 steady beeps, pause then another 3 beeps.

5. My laptop has been overall slower and runs simple games such as Garry's mod at around 16 FPS.

My Laptop:
Alienware m11x R2 (Bought in 2011)
Cpu: Intel Core I3 u 330 120ghz
Gpu: Nvidia GT 355m ( Core clock is 450mhz)
8gb of Ram
Windows 7 64 bit

Does anyone have an idea of what is causing this? If you need any more information please ask!

I'd just do a full re-install of the OS..

What is the GPU/CPU usage when idle on the desktop? (Use task manager/GPU-Z to find out).

I thought about including this.
Cpu usage Idle is 6% but can peak randomly at 25%. When under minor load it sky rockets to 90%

Gpu temp idle is 55c if usage = load it appears to be 0% :p

You could try a full re-install as suggested above or you could buy a cooling pad and see if that helps.
