Bluetooth Not detected/working(or missing drivers?)

Title sums it up nicely, My current Laptop has installed bluetooth, but it recently stopped working, and now i cannot seem to get it to work again, none of my devices are showing in the device manager, and i've searched to see if theres any drivers missing, but there are none, and when i attempt to reinstall/update any of the files it says it cannot because my current files are more up to date.

Any ideas? (can post more info about system in a moment if needed)

No My wifi is going fine, just bluetooth not working at all, I had a bluetooth dongle I had even tried to use and it wasnt being detected either. (worked with another computer)

wow. took that long for me to find out that it's broadcom, they really keep their specs close to the vest dont they? Sorry im late, volume picked up at work. It may take a while to respond because of this.

Okay, so your broadcom is not in device manager at all?

No blue tooth adatper is showing at all, but I know one is installed, because it did work before.

you may have to find and delete your drivers by hand, did you do a search for your bluetooth software in my computer search box? Don't think it'll help, but maybe it'll give us some clues as to what's going on...
