MSI Z87-G45 Gaming reboot issue

I have a new build using MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Mobo, Everytime I reboot the PC, it shows "CPU or Memory changed! ! ! Please enter setup to configure your system.
Press F1 to run setup
Press F2 to load default values and continue "
If I press F1, I can enter the setup interface and do modifications such as boot sequence. However, after I do F10 and reboot, the same message comes again (I noticed system time is there, the boot sequence is changed this time). If I choose F2, the windows 7 can startup properly. I really do not want to see this message every time I start my computer. What's wrong and how to get rid of it?
thanks!

  1. It could be your CMOS battery that is not holding a charge (Try reseating it) and is not keeping your settings or a bad ram stick, you could try booting with one one stick of ram then the other to see if it solves the problem.
When it changes the boot sequence, does it change back the same way every time?

Thank you for your quick reply.
CMOS battery should be fine (1): I already did a cmos reset and put a new CR2032 in and (2) the change (boot sequence) is saved after reboot if I do "save the change and reboot" from bois setup. The system time is also running. However, if I enter Win7 and reboot again (I have to press F2 to use win7), the boot sequence back to the original default setting. Even at this case, the system time is still running.
I have 8GB*2 GSkill Ripjaws ram sticks. I have tried to put just one of them. No luck on each case. By the way, the system recognizes 16GB RAM with no issue.
    Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I have the same board and the only time i had this message
    Press F1 to run setup
Press F2 to load default values and continue "
was when i enabled "windows fast boot option" in bios.
It also reset all the bios setting back to default values.

windows fast boot has no effect. It is already disabled. But I fixed this issue by flashiing bios(The bios version actually are the same before and after- v1.7). Thank you for your help.
