775 doller gaming pc help

Hello

So I've been trying to build my first gamin desktop and I'm having a bit of trouble knowing if I have enough watts on my psu and if my motherboard supports my CPU chipset and if it supports windows 7.

Please recommend parts if their better for the price I'm very willing to go amd but please keep all parts from newegg and keep it 775 dollars or less I also don't need to buy a os
