as i check in system propeties, my pc shows directX version 10 but when i see it using searching dxdiag then it shows directX version 11

DXDIAG is correct. Windows 7 comes with DirectX v11 built-in.

The DirectX 10 you see in the Windows Experience Index > Detailed Information simply means the test used for the graphics performance rating was based on DirectX 10

Mine is exactly the same - two different versions of DirectX shown in those two places. Nothing wrong with your Windows.
