I have an Asus EEE PC, Intel Atom CP

Skyrim can't run, is there noway that he could run?
Even with the lowest settings he doesn't work, he does work but I get a strange display.

Well the minimum system requirements are a dual core operating at 2.0ghz so no it doesn't look like your pc is capable of playing it

probably not, not with that ghz. There is a script on nexus that lowers lag for lesser machines, but you could try it I guess... From what I researched, Skyrim is CPU intensive (but don't quote me, it's been a while), have you tried absolute minimum, like 640x480 and whatnot?
