Ok all started after I got my motherboard back from ASUS (Sabertooth 990FX R1) it went in for USB3 & Drive controller Failure (fireware updated & Bios) Was up to date before they got it anyway get it back all working fine then turn the PC on in the morning and bang can't load Java,adobe,microsft ,battlelog for BF3/4, ASUS and when it did load looked like a word doc in point form so looking around found someone with a similar problem and there system just started working again mine won't so I was thinking Motherboard again but it can't be I just installed a spare motherboard I happen to have Asrock 970 Extreme 3 R2 this time I am running Windows 8.1 with the same problem I have reset IE to default reinstalled it thought it may be my modem but laptop works fine slow but fine. so since I don't know really anything about windows 8.* any help would be great.

not in this build but on Sabertooth board yes can't remember if they worked or not was only the other day I had them running. will try again and get back to you
