I was looking forward to upgrading my PC's GPU and getting a new RAM card as my current specs are pretty much bad. (Though I can run some stuff with it)

Current specs: 2GB RAM GDDR2 @399MHz -> Might buy another 2 GB. (Windows XP doesn't get too much RAM though)
GPU (Current graphics card):Intel(r) g41 Express Chipset.
Proccessor: Intel core 2 duo E7400 @2.80GHz
Motherboard:Gigabyte G41M-ES2L
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 933sn (1360x768@60GHz)

So I was asking if my current specs (without the ram upgrade) would be able to run in a good/normal state with the GPU without bottle-necking or any weird stuff popping up? If any other info is needed I will post them.

(A note: I am not really sure about the name but I think it has plenty of them - AMD r7 240 / SAPPHIRE R7 240 - Radeon R7 240, if there's any difference please inform me as I am kind of new to GPUs/proccessors/rams...)

EDIT: I am planning to get this upgrade as I want for gaming like assassin's creed series (might not get assassin's creed 3 nor blackflag)
gta 4, and some other games but not so heavy on graphics. (By the way my current system without any upgrades can run Assassin's creed 1 lowest setting 800x600 at 25-35 FPS, so if anyone can inform about the expected FPS on any of these games will be appreciated)

Thanks in advance.
