Albert Cliff :
My HP computer is using Windows 7 OS. 3 days ago my mouse was broken, so I brought a new one. However, when I connected to may computer, my pc popped up error code and said it cannot recognize the connected mouse. What's the problem? How do I fix it? Any suggestions will be appreciated!
You are using Windows 7, And the mouse doesn't recognize it, It means You're connected to USB Hub Port Incorrectly, My System Specs:
