newly built PC won't boot :(

Last night I got all my computer parts, installed them and tried to boot to no success. Its been a day and I'm still trying to figure out why it isn't showing any signs of power on the motherboard. I've pluged the 24 pin, 8 pin, front panel connectors and USB connectors in but It still won't boot.

Build is

I54670k
MSI gaming 5 mobo
H100i CPU cooler
R9 280x (I've removed this to try and fix)
Crutial 240gb SSD
RM750 PSU

Please help, I feel like I've done something wrong and potentially killed my motherboard somehow.

Hmm that's a moldular PSU, first thing I'd do is double check you've used the correct outputs for the CPU power and PCIe power connectors (it is possible to get those mixed up!)....

Other things to check, ensure you have you're power switch connected correctly (if it's individual wires) and ensure there's no silly problems like the switch on the back of the PSU being turned off (I've done it before XD)...

Also you haven't listed your ram?
