Well you've got a good motherboard, decent cooling and a good PSU there so everything you need.
My advice- go into the bios (it should tell you when you first turn on the machine which button to press to access it). To overclock you're CPU, as it's an unlcoked 'FX' chip- all you need to do is increase the 'cpu multiplier'. My advice, increase it by '1' and load the machine up and test out a game or 2 to make sure it's stable.
If it's ok, reboot and add another '1' onto to the multipler. Keep doing this a stage at a time to find the fastest stable clock speed for you're cpu. You will be able to go further by increasing the voltage on the cpu v-core, however I'd reccomend finding the fastest speed at stock voltage first.
Also I'd...
