how good is i7-4500u? Can it handle autocad, sketchup, adobe photoshop, video editing, office, and web browsing? it's for daily use, but will not use these applications all at once. it's 1.8 Ghz up to 3.0 Ghz with turboclock. is it good enough to handle any one of these applications? it's on my notebook choice acer, it has gt 750m 4GB, 8GB RAM, and 1TB HDD. thanks!

No, it's a laptop, SATA HDD 5400RPM and GT 750M with 4GB of DDR3 VRAM, also 8GB RAM. It's a touch notebook, but I want touch to be disabled, I just don't like it, and it has no DVD, it's okay because I can just buy an external DVD writer, which I don't use frequently.
