Can you check your temperatures during gaming?
You can download software like HWMonitor to check your temperature and voltage and post results here.

There may be many reasons two most common are either overheating or power problems. Ofc it may be something different.

If you reboot into safe mode and depending on what your trying to do (where how you get the your not admin) on files, then your system been malware / hack infected and you need to wipe it clean and start fresh. Tom's Hardware will NOT provide a way to 'hack' a admin account just because you say 'you are the admin'.

yeah its a self build but my brother did it not me

NO. The only times that occurs is 1) it is a illegal copy of Windows (torrented) 2) system has malware 3) it is a 'work/school' computer registered on a Domain and a group policy is set.

If you are a admin over your computer and leave User Account Control (UAC) set to it's default, it will POP up (since Vista) to ask for your password to protect you from a software (malware) from in the background trying to install / make changes to take over your computer. It will NOT tell you you do not have sufficient rights.
