If after cleaning you still go problems like that. There are 3 basic options
1st try to buy some cooling mat with active fan under laptop that may help a little. If it will be enough I don't know.
2nd option is you can try to send it to your shop and RMA it as faulty. If they will accept it or even if they do if they can improve it again can't tell :(.
3rd option try to lower settings on games, run with lower shadows, anti aliasing off or lower resolution. It should lower load on GPU by a lot and should stop throttling down and game should be smoother. Ofc it won't look so good but will be playable.

In my case my laptop do not throttle down when it reach high temp instead it goes on until it shut down so yours have it better as it...
it is slowing down because things are getting too hot (that is why i like desktop, easier to deal with).
so, you will have to do something about it. We'll, having it cleaned is one, like the exhaust ports. That's all (on top of my head), the rest will involve opening the laptop.
also, even if things are not too hot, you should not expect much from a 635m in terms of gaming

Reason may be overheating. GPU may throttle down to not overheat. In my case my acer aspire was shutting down when it reached 100C but it run at max speed until it did :).

To diagnose this you can try to monitor those temperatures closely if it start rising above that temp 90/91 and after that it slow down and temperatures drop too that will be mostlikely reason. Best would be to have software which can also log temperature to file.

If this will be case of overheating and it was not happening before you can try to clean your laptop from dust.
No need to open it. Get can with compressed air (best but also more expensive are non-flammable)
When you get it you can blow it through your exhaust vent (gently do not use max burst at start).
You can clear all vents intake/exhaust this way.

In my case it helped laptop stopped shutting down but still run little hot guess that is one of flaws of that model.

It looks like spray but it contains highly compressed air. When you push button on top it will give you high burst of air which should blow any dust from inside. It's much stronger than classic vacuum cleaner. Instead of sucking air inside which can move sometimes only dust which is nearby, this can blow it other way and even dust attached to components won't have chance.

Reason why I said to use it gently is that some of those cans can be really strong so no dust will be match to them but also if you use too strong burst of air it can damage something inside. I read about claims that if you used it too much against exhaust fan it started to spin so fast because of burst of air that it blow apart. It did not happen to me and never saw it happen, but rather use it with caution.

Many people use compressed air to do various cleaning job on pc and it can be used elsewhere too not just for PC.
You can clean your keyboard or any tight space where you can't get to.

EDIT:
As I said best is to use non flammable but those are also more expensive. Also when you use it, DO NOT turn it upside down. If you try to use it that way there is high chance that instead of air there will come liquid out of it.
Also during usage can will become really cold and even icing can occur on surface of can. Don't be alarmed if that happen that is normal. Also if you hear some weird sound of it after usage that is normal too :). Just don't store can at hot space/direct sunlight.

Well if you have some computer shop nearby they may have it in stock or may be able to order one for you. There is always option to order it from some sites like amazon or so. Not sure how is it with transportation of such stuff, I got it from my local store so had no problem like that.

You are overheating. I had the same problem on a laptop of mine. Laptops are really not made for gaming, but if you must, put a book on each side of the lappy to increase the air flow. If the lappy is yours, unscrew the bottom cover and drill some holes into it. Turn down graphics to minimum.

There is an old called Shaiya. I could play it normally for about 15-20 minutes, then my CPU would be around 95+c and tremendous slow down.
