Hey I bought Ati Radeon HD 7870 (Requires 2 PCI-E cables) and SeaSonic ECO 500W.
The PSU I bought has this: http://tinypic.com/r/i7998h/8

Can I plug both PCI-E cables to the 2 Pci-e plugs in my GPU? Because for now I took Molex to PCI-E Adapter and plugged the adapter and one of the PCI-E from the picture.

The HD7870 needs 23A and a 500W psu minimum. The Seasonic psu puts out 34A on the one 12V rail. All the pcie power connectors run off thast one 12V rail. So it'll power the hd7870 easily using just the pcie connectors.

Ok my question is like that cuz i think it's gone the wrong way:
1)I must connect 2 PCI-E or 1 is enough?
2)In the picture I provied, that's how my PSU'S PCIE connectors look (from one PCI-E comes another PCI-E),Now, Can I plus those 2 Connectors that come from each other or I must use the Molex adapter? I mean i dont know if it will do Short circuit using the http://tinypic.com/r/i7998h/8 (those 2 that come from same connector)

1 - connect 2
2 - just use the psu pcie connectors

It won't cause Short circuit if I plug it like the pic I added?

It will be fine like that if you plug it in as you mentioned in the pic.

I plugged all, SeaSonic eco 500w+ ATI Radeon HD 7870 . The PSU fan's vents are pointing down where the GPU/CPU/Mother board's are. The PSU doesn't emit hot air. normally the GPU is on 34°C. when I enter Planetside 2 / Battlefield 3 the fans starting to make really small noise but then the temp is getting to 70-80 fast.

Check if the fan actually moves. 70-80C isn't bad when on load. Do you have a reference 7870? what case you have?

Have you overclocked the card? Can you try it in another pc?

I didn't overclocked the fan, and yea it's moving.
My case is kinda small and as i said the psu vents are pointing down to all the other components.
i have the amd catalyst control center, and if i go to Performance the fan speed is always on 25%.
thats the card:

Yea, I have done this already and it's really fine. Now what im afraid of is the temp
if i open a game and minimize it so the temp is ok but once I enter the game it's go to 70 and starting to get hot air out of my pc
the area of the graphics card getting hot, i dont know if it's ok or normal but my old gtx 440 wasn't like that as I remember

Is it enough mate?

Case? OS?

Is the card now plugged in properly - power supply and in pcie slot (locked in)?

Can you download and run HWInfo - Sensors and post the results?

CPU - Voltage OK, Fans running high because temp is high (59C).

Power Supply - only 3.3V reading. Motherboard mustn't provide other readings. So I can't tell. Maybe find another way of getting 12V and 5V readings eg multimeter. Anything from Seasonic should be 100% OK. But check anyway. A good psu with 23A on the 12V rail and a minimum of 500W should power your pc. If your's is catus, get another one mad by Seasonic though eg Antec HCG 520M, XFX 550, etc

If your power supply is OK then your cpu cooler is not OK - and vice versa. I think you should re-install the cpu cooler just to be sure. If that doesn't fix the high cpu temps, then get a good power supply.

Well re-seat the cpu cooler then check temps again. It might pay to get a new custom cooler eg Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO - about $30.

But if its still running hot, then try a different power supply.
