Where do I get a Firewire IEEE1394 card that will fit my DELL Inspiron 660 as both I have bought so far do not fit the motherboard slot

The Inspiron 660 has 1 PCIe x16 and 3 PCIe x1 slots (pg 14 and 15 of the manual):

Exactly. The previous model I linked will fit the slots in your system Or one like it. You need an adapter that uses a PCIe x1 slot (the small slots).
