for $60 more, no. I have the windforce 3X Cooler (REV 2.0), and it does a great job, temps never go above 75 degrees load.

so should go with the Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 OC 4GB? with WINDFORCE 3X 450W cooling system? will the fit my case? heard it is big

if you wave over 293mm of space between rear and HDD cage, it will fit (just measure to check).

WINDFORCE 3X 450W , that is REV 2.0, so yes.

just checked, supports up to 325mm (HDD cage in, 507mm HDD Cage out), you easily have the clearance.

i was just reading reviews apparently there is a high risk of them failing, something to do with black screen has this happened to you or anyone you know, what do you do if this happens?

nope, that issue is common, but not as common as it seems, I don't have an issue with it (never had it before), some people get it, some don't.
