Hello,

Any Modern Dual, Tri, or Quad core processor "should" work well with either of those video cards, just depends on your use.

NEVER skimp on a power supply, you will regret it down the road.

FX 6300

R9270X needs 24A, 500W and gtx 660 needs 24A and 450W min. Don't get cheap, get good eg XFX 550, Seasonic 520 or 550, Antec HCG 520M

You should mention the mobo you have. Or if with intel, get an i3-3220.

Tier 3 PSUs are the lowest I would go.

As for the processor, an intel i5 4670k would be ideal. Cheapest I would go there would be an AMD fx 6300.

i also worry that i can go for r9 270 or r9 270x is what i shud take????i can save money....and if i buy a 4gb ram....will it be enough???ill upgrade soon

the 13 will last another few years easily unless you want to upgrade it. It won't break down if you look after it.

A 270x is better than a 270 but costs more. You need to work out a budget.
