Hello a few days ago i accidently dropped my 2tb hard drive and i connected it to my pc and it beeped 10 times than shutted down i opened it to check if i could see if anything was broken and i couldnt see any broken parts and the head is not stuck on the plate and i tryed to connect it to my pc while it was open and the plate spinned and the head moved to the plate and backwards then *beep* then moved back to the plate then backwards then *beep* about 10 times then it stopped.
