Before reading , ppl pls dont tell me to buy any new parts . I hv ordered these and want to confirm whether that the following components fit in the msi h87-g43 gaming motherboard :-

CPU - i7 4770k (pls dont tell me to buy anything new)
GPU - Sapphire R7 250 1 gb ddr5 (pls dont tell me to buy anything new)
RAM - Corsair Vengeance (2X4) 8 gb ddr3 ram @ 1600 mHz

Will it be perform well with a 450watt psu (VS 450) ???

It's my personal opinion that you shouldn't have bought the 4770K. You should have bought the... Just kidding :p

Yeah, those parts will all fit and work together, however you won't be able to fully take advantage of your CPU as you can't overclock on that motherboard.

Although, I've heard that if you downgrade the BIOS version to when you could OC on that board (it was a glitch), you can take advantage of some of the OCing functionality, though be wary: that board isn't designed for it.
