i have problem with my ASUS laptop booting

i have problem with my ASUS laptop booting :)  it starts up but after ha showing that Loading Files it gives me error :)  he tells me :windows countered to communicate with a device connected to your computer and its shows the folowin error : An unexpected I/O error ocurred :)  what should i do? F8 doesnt work

First thing here, figure out what device the error is referring to. Unplug all peripherals from the laptop (mouse, keyboard, printer, phone, etc.) then try starting with just one peripheral each time until the error recurs. Then try that same peripheral in another port (if available). If all devices load up fine one at a time but you are still showing an error with all peripheries attached, I'll recommend cleaning out all I/O ports on the laptop with compressed air and trying again
