i have a wireless netbook do I need a network card it runs fine

I have a netbook 10.1 it runs fine but I hear that I am suppose to get a wireless network card do I need that ? I go through Verizon for my service and I am fine everybody talks about network card?

what is the manufacturer of the device?

did you add a Verizon card or was it build-in?

I am pretty sure that the system has a wireless network card and LAN build-in.

the advantage of a wireless connection is that it is usually faster than the 3G or 4G connection and on a home network you are able to stream thing to your device.
