For gaming, you wouldn't really get anything substantially better than what you have already for 200 GBP. 8gb is good, the i5 2500k is still a good cpu, and no point in upgrading that mobo either IMO. Your GPU is still pretty good too unless there is something specific that you need the upgrade for.
