Overclocking 780 ti with fan cooling vs liquid cooling

I have 2 780 ti's: EVGA Superclocked with ACX cooler, and Zotac Amp! Edition.

I'm curious as to how much more overclocking performance I could get if I water cooled the cards instead of using the traditional fans. Is there a place where I can look at benchmarks or does anyone have any personal experience?

Currently, I can get the cards to around 1125-1160 Core before boost and around 7500 Mem.

What results would I expect from water cooling, and is it even close to being cost effective? What would be the price range for custom water cooling.

I also lost the silicon lottery with my i7-4770k and I can only barely get it to 4.1-2 ghz without my computer crashing. I currently use a high end noctua cooler. The temps are fine, but I'd rather not wear out my chip by blasting the voltage too much higher.

I'm not really in the market any time soon for this, as I am fine with my rig's performance, and sound doesn't not make too much of a difference for me because I use headphones to game, but I am not familiar at all with custom water loops and why people get them.

Thanks!

Here's a loop I would recommend.

And this gpu block is nice.

You would also most likely need one more radiator such as this one.

Now let's talk about efficiency. Water cooling your while rig will make it look spectacular and keep the temps frosty. But, you won't see much performance gain from using water cooling. You'll be able to overclocked higher and your parts will last longer. Water cooling kits are also red useable so when your current rig is out dated your water cooling rig won't be. One last thing, you might want to look into deluding your cpu to help with the temps. Good luck!
