If only looking to start about 4GHz, simply raise the multiplier to 40 - most 4670Ks can run 4 at stock ;) Then can read and study up to go higher...also many mobos have auto OCing included either through BIOS, software or both,,,, can get screenshots of your BIOS with all at stock then try the BIOS/Software Ocing and get screenshots of the BIOS afterward, this will give you an idea of whats been changed to accomplish the OC and can work off that

hi ive done my overclock its running at 4ghz at around 67-81
moslty 67-70 ive stress tested it an hour and when i go into the cpuid its says it uses 1.38v and it goes down from there

do i have to much volts ?

do i have to much volts ?

This is debatable, but most ppl stay below 1.300 v. to be safe. Intel's recommendation is no more than 10% above stock which, last time that I looked was 1.245 v. max.

Are you using a fixed voltage during stress testing? There are 2 choices for setting the voltage in the BIOS. Most BIOSes refer to the fixed voltage as "Override" and the variable choice is "Adaptive". You may be set to Adaptive, in which case the CPU will go above your max setting by as much as 0.150 v. So, during stress testing, one should always be in fixed or Override mode. For normal usage, Adaptive is perfectly acceptable.

What really happends if it goes over 1.300 ? And idk how to get the safe voltage how do i do it plz help :D

Your CPU will not explode if you go above 1.300 v. It is just that, long term, it is a bad idea. Read up on "Electromigration" here: https://www.google.com/#q=electromigration+effects

If your CPU core temps stay at or below 50*C. you will not have any problems. I worry though when I see 81*C.

I like to use the program "CoreTemp" to monitor my CPU temps. It keeps track of min., max, current temps and core load%: http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/

The CD which came with your MSI mobo should have come with a program called "MSI-Intel Extreme Tuning Utility". I find this program very helpful in adjusting CPU settings without the need to reboot the system and go into the BIOS. It also provides very good monitoring for critical parameters. Give it a try!
