Cant play games anymore like beforce.

Hi,

I can't play anymore games smooth like beforce .(battlefield 4, far cry 3 , counter strike source ...)
It stutters and the screen is tearing all the time in the middle no matter how many fps i get.
I removed CMOS and replaced reseted motherboard settings.
I formatted my pc on windows 8.1 and win7 too no difference.
I tried unpark my CPU cores.
Updates Motherboard bios.
Manage 3d settings of nvidia changed nothing helped.
Memstest 25 hours no errors.
updated SSD firmware.
4 different drivers tried

the only way to get smooth gameplay is turning v sync on in games but the input lag is very huge.

The whole system's temp's are fine.

PC specs

60 Hz tv monitor/pc source

SSD 128 GB crucial

MSI Z87-G45

i5 4670 3.4ghz

8 GB 2x4gb ram tried 1333 and 1600 no difference.

Gtx 770 2 gb Asus newest vbios.

What has changed since before when you were running well?

Your specs look fine.

1. Is your ssd nearing full?

I might wonder about using a tv instead of a true monitor.

i tried my brothers pc monitor still same problem.
No my ssd is not full.
I had beforce a r9 280x the fans was broken so have now a gtx 770 but it was running first good.

With your specs, you should have no problems running everything at ultra settings. Can you try your brother's power supply with your pc? Maybe something went wrong in your corsair to where it isn't feeding as much power anymore.

no i cant its a 450 W and 4 pin mobo old one i know i can run ever game on ultra i have realy high frames rates but not smooth.....

Did you accidentally turn on a power saving option in windows or in your bios?

Yes, there are several power saving modes available. They should be easy enough to spot un your UEFI bios menu.

some things was on automatic i switched on active like turbo boost and use all cores.
I see in the bios PCI settings Latency times can i change some thing of it

After pressing the OC GENIE 4 Button in battlefield 4 is a bit smoother but still a little stutter but in far cry 3 the game runs now ultra smooth but still tearing on screen what can i do more ?

It helped a bit.

do u have the latest nvidia driver update? non beta , beside check your game anti aliasing , if its on TXAA turn it to MSAA , disable FXAA on nvidia control panel and also in the game setting , and let us know if it helped , i have the same GPU as urs and i had a graphic issue on TXAA anti aliasing but when i used MSAA everything works like acharm , beside make sure your fps is decent not like 200+fps keep it around 120 , i play COD /Counter strike and i got these setting , close setting i mean
