I have a 420W PSU. (Not branded)
It has 6pin pci express connector available
I have no optical drive.
1 Hard Drive and Core2Duo E7500 running at stock cooling.
Motherboard is Asus PQ5PL-AM.
I have seen it running 9800GT.
So is this good enough to run it?

Based on power ratings it does...

But I would upgrade that PSU ASAP.

If absolute (furmark) power consumption is only 46W, there is technically enough room.

46W divided by 12V = 3.83A

Kind of sucky that the PSU only has 180W for the 12V rail though. Upgrade soon.
