Choosing Hard disk manually

Suppose I've two hard disk one is Toshiba and the another is Hitachi.Each hard disk contains os. Toshiba is windows 8 and the Hitachi is windows 7.If i want to choose the hard disk manually after booting the motherboard how can I do that??

Your BIOS should say something like "press this key to choose boot drive" hitting the specific key will bring up a menu allowing you to choose.

That allows you to choose each time you boot up, but you have to press the key in time everytime. If you're going to be using one of them more than the other, I would enter bios config and set that drive as 1st priority.
Install Windows 7 to the hitachi. Then install Windows 8(it will detect Windows 7) to the Toshiba. It will change the start-up and ask you which OS to load each time it boots.

It will default to one, so if you don't choose within a certain time, it will automatically boot to it.
