My PC crashes randomly at games! What can I do ?

Hello,

as I said in the title my PC crashes randomly at games. I experienced it at several games for example: Counter Strike Global Offensive and The Witcher 2. I don't know why because half a year ago I bought a new computer with really high tech stuff in it. So I ask here what I can do about such crashes. Ah and another thing: I get no crash reports at all !

PC specs:

780ti evga sc ocx (graphics card)
Intel i7 4770k (CPU)
16 gigs of Corsair Vengeance (ram)
Soundblaster Z (soundcard)
Corsair RM650 (PSU)
Sabertooth Z87 - Asus (motherboard)
Noctua f-12 and a beQuiet CPU-cooler (fans)

NOT OVERCLOCKED

If i wrote some things wrong ... I'm not english or american.

A
First download the latest drivers from Nvidia and select "custom install", then "clean install."
Then download furmark and prime95 (both free) to stress test your gpu and cpu, respectively. Use HWmonitor and CPU-z to monitor the temps and loads on your hardware.

Do this and come back with temperatures, if your PC has not crashed again.

At Counter Strike Steam crashes at the same as CS and the sound ceaps repeating for example when it crashes during an explosion the explosion keeps reapeating. After a while I just close it with the Task Manager. That happens every 15 minutes.

At Witcher 2 it just closes after 5 minutes. I played 1 hour yesterday and 3 today and then the crashing began. Ah and at Witcher 2 Steam didn't crash.

I think I played Counter Strike in total like 3 hours before it started crashing.

I hope you can help me !

Real quick: where do I download this ? On the Nvidia homepage ? A Link would be nice.

My solution was just to make a clean install of the ti drivers. I think it's a good idea to disable the audiosignals you don't need in the control panel. Thank you guys very much!

Uff.. I did not have crashes for 1,5 hours in witcher 2 and than it started again -.- But I don't have crashes in CS anymore ! Have you got any ideas ?

Ah and I'm sorry my temps aren't high at all .. gpu is below 70C and cpu below 50C.

So i finally have solved all my problems! To fix crashes in The Witcher 2 you just have to switch the text lenguage to english (not german). Thank you guys agin for helping me out.
