These two cards are really similar. I just wanted to know which would be better in a gaming rig paired w/ a 4770k . Also which card has the better cooling solution, puts out less heat? Which one makes less noise?

This is optional but do you get the promotional games (AC:Blackflag, Splinter Cell:BL, Batman: Origins) with both of the cards?

Thanks ;)

If the price is the same then get the EVGA. If there is a big gap in price then get the MSI card. The Twin Frozer cooler does a good job at low noise and keeping the card cool as well. If your worried about clock speed differences, you can always overclock the MSI to reach the EVGA's clocks.

PS: I'm pretty sure that MSI fixed/addressed the hardware issue that caused the coil whine for this generation of cards(HD290/GTX700) I could be wrong about that though.

The MSI gaming is supposed to be really nice, but there's been some reports of a coil whine. That being said, the ACX cooler is pretty good at keeping temps down and the classified edition offers about 10% more performance than a stock 780ti.
