Ok, first I'll give y'all a general idea of what I want out of my PC.

Basically it's simple, I want to be able to play any game out right now on max settings, but at the same time I don't need the $5000 power house PC. The last PC I built cost me about $2500 and it's lasted me about 3 years. Granted I've made small upgrades where I could in the video card area for sure. This is basically what I want again, a PC that can continue to run new games for at least a few years on highest or near highest settings. I don't want to spend $1000 on a PC that is good now but a year down the road can't play any new games really. I understand I'll have to make upgrades along the way most likely with the video card.

To start I just purchased a ZOTAC GTX 770 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card. So besides that I pretty much need everything else. The only that I need to keep in mind is later I'll probably get another one of these cards so my power supply needs to be able to handle SLI.

My budget is a little less this time around though, I have between $1000-$1500 to work with. If anyone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Ok I suppose u have the monitor, keyboard, mice, OS and so i'm excluding those.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3PyN5 and add another gtx760 and the total would be within 1500$.( sry i couldn't provide the link of the video card bcoz. the video card page seems to be loading for ever on my slow broadband).

Everything you picked is awesome thank you, but one question as I understand nothing about the liquid cooling. From what I can tell the stuff you picked has nothing to do with that and the system as a whole can't do it, so why the liquid cooling cpu fan.
