First off, do you plan to overclock at all? What is your budget, and what parts do you need? It will make suggestions easier to make.

I do plan to overclock but only by about 1 ghz so from 3.5 ghz to 4.5 ghz
Maximum will be 4.5 ghz, won't go over it

If it is for gaming i5 is an easy choice. If you plan on video editing/graphic design an i7 would be the proper choice, but for that you might need a new GPU anyway.

I'm voting for the i5 4670k here.

Personally I would get a 4670k and a better card.

that graphics card is rather low-end, do you have a budget in mind? That graphics card will hold back the rest of your computer if you want optimal gaming performance.
