Hello I am Planning on ordering these parts in the next few hours and I would like to make sure that I have the best parts and they will fit together properly for my $550 to $600 budget. Im looking on playing game like Day Z, Arma 3, and Battlefield 4 on medium to high settings in 1080p. I already have a copy of windows 7 i used on the pc im on now. Recommendations are welcome and thanks for the help. Link to my build below

You should be relatively fine. Be warned though, the stock cooler with the FX CPUs is close to useless. Buy aftermarket, it's always going to be better. Plus, I would go for the R9 270X or the GTX 760. Trust me, there will be a serious performance boost with a few more dollars up from what is just a HD 7850.

The ASRock "980DE" is a liar-labeled 700-series chipset board.
Have a look at https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=2 for an idea of what boards to avoid for VRM problems, like the cheap MSI 970A-G4x boards. You also want a true 900-series, otherwise modern interfaces like 6GB/s SATA and USB3.0 will either be missing, or they will be provided by slow, third-party add-on controllers.

The rest of your parts look good though.

I think it will achieve your goal of "Medium" settings in those games, but may not go much higher. Your chosen motherboard has 4+1 power phases and no heatsinks on its VRMs, so overclocking will be limited or non-existent.
