Computer wont start after cleaning it. It worked before I shut it off. I plugged everything back in o.k

I used isopropyl alcohol to clean everything and with cotton swabs until I ran out and swapped to paper towel. I waited around an hour for it to all dry. I was grounded. The motherboard light still goes on.

My front power button doesnt work but my psu has a button on it to manually turn it on. I press it and the fans turn on but the pc shuts off right after.

Do I just have to wait longer for it to dry? Or is there something wrong with my cpu possibly? I was using wep wipes near it to clean the botom of my chassis but it could have only touched the heat sink.

P.s the front power button worked the first time I turned it on but the fans just turned on. not the monitors and then it shut off and the button stopped working..

Thanks

Just random spots on the top. I didn't apply much pressure but I did splash a bit of isopropyl. At least enough to drip down it. It didn't get inside any of the sockets though. Just on top of the board
