Replacement for Seasonic Platinum 860XP2

My Seasonic Platinum 860XP2 has coil whine issues and I can either get a replacement or a refund. I could roll the dice and hope for a coil whine-free replacement, or invest in a different PSU. My ideal PSU is ~850W, semi/fully modular, and has a silent fan switch. I'm currently leaning towards an EVGA SuperNova G2, and am suspicious of the Corsair AX860 due to similar reports of coil whine.

What would you guys advise?

I was looking at that psu and just went with there x850 gold it been good so far you mat try that or you can look here and find one you like in these reviews of psu's he will take them apart and show if it got good or cheap parts in them good luck

Well, I don't believe I've ever had coil whine in a PSU, but then my hearing now tops out around 13KHz, so maybe I'm just missing out now. I use mostly Seasonic PSUs too, of various sizes but none over 650W.

my buddy been using the corsair psu I think he gets the 750 mod cable one and he seems to be good with them but there too long for my case but seem solid .
