Can I sli 2 card video 1 is gtx 760 2gb pny and gtx 760 2gb evga or gtx 760 nvidia . This will be working fine or not working

Yes, you can SLI different brands of video cards. What counts is that they have the same physical GPU family on board. This will work fine.
